  1. I kinda don't think so. There's too much animus towards Trump in the independent column. And RFK's got a pretty good line of patter for limited-government, classical liberals, even though he's still probably a big-spending progressive, which is 1/2 of the problem. The other 1/2 of the problem are the big-spending war hawks and foreign-policy "geniuses" (Meddlers and coup engineers.).

  2. Trump just went down in my estimation and RFK just went up. I still think all 3 candidates are too neocon wrt the Middle East. If he's on-board with the selective history he's so proud of reciting, he can be talked into other misdeeds abroad (or worse, knowingly present false narratives to justify bad things). That's where Trump seems better. Trump would broker deals that made everybody happy or at least calm. And I think RFK has also talked about how Russia's in the wrong in Ukraine, when all I see is Western incompetence, corruption, and spite. There just isn't a good Ron or Rand Paul running.
