  1. Free speech, unless there's a "compelling government interest." We all know that ANYthing that might embarrass a government official is a "compelling government interest." So, no free speech. The 1st Amendment's been unilaterally abolished by a tiny minority. There's no "compelling government interest" clause under the 1st Amendment. The speech they want to be censored is the exact speech that the 1st Amendment exists to protect from censorship.
