  5. They wanted their constituency to be trained activists, but they never dreamed the activism would turn against them. As long as it was tormenting peaceful MAGA, Christians, and libertarians, it was "mostly peaceful" and "Here's your bail money!" Now, they have Chicago on lock-down.
