  1. You can't find anyone in power or likely to be in power who isn't doubling down on 'stupid.' Yeah. Israel's our 'friend.' They're our hatchet men in the Middle East. Anyone remember their bombing of Iraqi nuclear facilities 20 or 30 years ago? We don't have the authority to re-draw the map of the world, and we've been enforcing British Empire's idea of how the map should be drawn after they passed us the baton on their empire, which we maintain at no cost to the British, except in the abject obedience of the British government. Not that we ask them to do anything they don't really want to do. To me, it's more like we just started working for Britain in 1917, and never stopped. We DO get their obedience, but its actually obedience to their plan...
