The IDEA of Evergreen was pretty good. I remember applying, there, in the early '00s/late '90s, because they were promoting the exact kind of undergraduate, interdisciplinary research opportunities for bright juniors and seniors that I enjoyed as a math/science student. I felt like it would be a challenging gig, generating and overseeing research projects for promising students. But in hindsight, that kind of structure (no structure) was a green light for BAD professors to push an agenda and hand out degrees like candy.

@Right-Is-Right Maybe that's what he meant. Yeah. Bret Weinstein. A hopeless progressive who doesn't see his state-centric ideology as the means to the madness. He points to the symptoms but still hasn't wrapped his brilliant mind around the cause.
