  1. Just watched Stephen Cohen destroy Mr. Boot on this very subject. He said "The first instance of meddling was when the U.S. sought to overthrow the Bolsheviks in 1918. In 1919, the Bolsheviks started meddling in American politics. And we've been meddling with other countries' elections and internal politics, non-stop, since at least 1918.
