  1. I wish these guys would have a similar conversion to Russell Brand's. He went from progressive to libertarian, because libertarian was more consistent with his ideals, especially the de-centralization of power, and limited central government. Jimmy and his crew still want big government and they still operate under the illusion that it will ever do exactly what they want if they just talk enough. They're still on the wheel. Trapped in a paradigm that is self-defeating. "Be my mommy and do what I say." Doesn't work that way. Children do not tell their parents what to do. Give the state responsibility for you, and the state has total authority over you. It's bad enough we need national defense. Why let the government screw up everything else?
