  1. I don't think fossil fuels are the great Satan everybody seems to think, although I bet I live greener than 90% of the liberals who preach at me, every day. At the same time, i don't believe in subsidizing ANY industry, and establishment Democrats have been talkin' outta both sides of their mouth about oil companies for decades. Give speeches against them in public and take their money in private. I think we get to a greener planet much more quickly and safely just by making it a social virtue, which our society already HAS. And if progressives didn't fear prosperity and got on board with securing our borders, the population of the USA would contract, naturally. But that'll never happen as long as everybody wants the government to do everything for us, which means we need to grow the economy - and the population - to fund grandiose progressive social programs and the military industrial complex. it's all a Ponzi scheme that needs plenty of fresh blood to tax and send off to fight wars. I'll help take on the military industrial complex, if progressives will help take on the bloated government that is all they're ever going to get with their socialist ideals that lead to more enviro degradation and less prosperity for everyone. Prosperous people make the kind of value choices voluntarily that progressives want to impose on everyone by force.
