  1. i thought this was a re-run, because Maddow used the same argument, before. I guess Greenwald and Dore didn't hear about Maddow's first case. They didn't hear of this defense until Carlsen's lawyers used it. This is actually 2nd time Maddow's used this defense. There's a difference between Tucker's use of hyperbole and Rachel's though. He actually uses facts.
