  1. I'm sure he protected himself behind a bunch of cut-outs and a mountain red tape between him and anything he could (and should) be tried for. The most that might happen is his name be dragged through the mud. Let's at least start with that. He is the poster child for getting the federal government OUT of the business of regulating everything under the sun. From affordable housing to affordable medical care to affordable transportation. Everything the government touches turns to shit.
