When you read the U.S. Constitution and then you hear everyone arguing about what Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act means or how it should be written, you know that the U.S. Constitution is already dead. "The Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech" seems pretty clear to me. That means the Communications Decency Act, which is Congress saying what sort of speech is OK where, is basically unconstitutional from start to finish! What am I missing, here?

  4. The U.S. Constitution is not software for running a country. It's basically saying that the government does NOT run the country. The PEOPLE run the country, and the federal government is given a SMALL number of tasks and forbidden to interfere in ANYTHING ELSE. Clearly, the U.S. Constitution was set aside decades ago, with this department, that department, and all the agencies that sprung up and are to this day being created by constitution vandals.
