  4. For collaboration to really work, the collaborators have to each BRING SOMETHING. That means a lot of grinding ON YOUR OWN, before what you bring is WORTHY of a collaboration. Otherwise, "collaboration" is a euphemism for mediocre people sponging off whatever talent got tricked into the collaboration. See it in education, where "collaborative learning" is quite the buzzword. It's a way to make mediocre seem excellent and destroy individual excellence.

  5.  @lordjim3109  It was a very good idea, if she could've delivered on what she promised. Home-testing kits would be a game changer. Prick your finger and have an instant blood screening for some insane number of different ailments? A real boon to mankind. Maybe not everyone would have one, but even if it cost $10,000, you'd have instant lab results for a wide array of ailments, which we don't have, today. I can definitely see the attraction. What blows ME away is how obviously phony she was. But that could be hindsight. She just puts out that Kathleen Kennedy vibe. Could be an accident of bone structure.
