While EVs are a failure, what worries me is that you won't be able to find an ICE vehicle that's worth buying, if it was made after 2012 or so, and even that year there is so much garbage added to them. Nobody's making basic good cars and trucks, any more. Governments won't let them. If they really wanted to reduce pollution, they'd make cheap cars that are easy to repair. Making cars that last longer would be a huge benefit to the planet. But they want to make you an ultra-expensive vehicle that you have to throw away in 5 years.
