  1. One fender bender or bumpy road or rock in the road... One cracked or damaged cell and the whole thing goes up. Main thing is that the batteries don't age gracefully. Nobody wants to buy a used EV.

  4. ​ @sunrisejak2709  That's rich, considering politics and government subsidies and punishments are the only reason so many were made. Without subsidies, they'd still just be an oddity whose time hadn't arrived, yet, if ever. You guys always prattle on about sustainability, but all your marvelous ideas require stealing resources by force from enterprises and products that actually are sustainable. The fact that your pipe dream requires government subsidies proves you wrong, no matter what you say.
