Franco's lines were over the top. A guy smart enough to open a big club like that and outfit 3 body guards in Gucci, you figure he's gotta be paying top dollar, too, and for top dollar, you would have more competent security. Just didn't make sense that a guy setting up a new meth distribution empire would be that oblivious to the dangers, and so unprepared for them. The local mob kingpin would've been all up in his s*** before they even broke ground on the new club.

@mian6788 I think the fact that he forgot the opening scene says how un-memorable the film was, and reinforcing his point.

@JustRememberWhoYoureWorkingFor That part, for some reason, was believable. What wasn't believable was his juvenile monologue when he still thought he had the upper hand. Somebody that stupid would not be able to put together an operation of that size and apparent sophistication. Christopher Waltz is always brilliant. I don't think Franco's a bad actor, but that was sure some bad writing.
