  2. I'm a libertarian, and the non-force principle applies to sex with a minor. You can do anything you want, short of infringing on the natural rights of others, and because a child isn't equipped to give informed consent, an adult having sex with a minor is rape, plain and simple. Libertarians aren't opposed to laws protecting persons and property. It's all the OTHER stuff government sticks its nose into that we abhor.
