  1. The NHS is a sacred cow that is basically destroying health care. It's a death spiral of big government, playing out in slow motion. The worse it gets, the more resources it will take and the worse things will get, and all people will want to do is throw more money at it, while wait times continue to grow and the quality of service - and what services are covered - will continue to shrink.
