@onemercilessming1342 There are pockets of sexism (both anti-female and anti-male), because there are employers here and there who are jerks. Nowadays, though, they're in far more danger of being sued for it, especially if it's sexism against females.
But there are other cases of sexism, where men work in the warehouse doing all the heavy work in heat and cold, while women making more money work in air-conditioned offices. This isn't so much sexism as it's the decisions by the men to take work in the warehouse, while the women applying to work there have clerical/accounting/other skills.
I remember looking at the pay scale for mathematicians, and they get paid worse than just about everybody in the corporate world.
I wonder if the scales are tipping. We're getting to the point where the vo-tech guys are WORTH a lot more than us college-educated drones. Guys who can work with their hands and are highly skilled ARE worth more than somebody who's of occasional use doing some figures for them.
Something I would like to see in all companies is people like their engineers, who make something NEW that really benefits the company being given a small percentage of the proceeds. So many engineers create millions of dollars in profit, but get a fixed salary, instead of a slice of the pie commensurate with their contributions.
I think all companies should be structured in that way. Make all the workers shareholder capitalists. It's the worker's utopia the Commies are always on about, without realizing this simple solution that is profitable for all concerned.

Nah. It's not a racial thing. It's a cultural thing that has captured a lot of white people along with the black people everybody points out. Skin color is kind of like CO2 in that it's not the cause of the problem, but it correlates very strongly with the (perceived) problem.
Take away the skin color and what's the common denominator? Single-family households, usually run by women. Before you say that's a black thing, you should recall that black rates of out-of-wedlock children were lower than white rates of out-of-wedlock children, even though they were lagging whites, overall, in economic prosperity. Until Lyndon Johnson, blacks were GAINING on whites, economically, and they were doing it the RIGHT way.
After Lyndon Johnson, the poor started feeling entitled. That's when the death spiral started in the inner cities, where the ghettos were just temporary stopping places for the current influx of immigrants from some troubled part of the world. And the "blacks" we're talking about, now, aren't pure African. They're part white, because there's gene-mixing taking place, constantly.
And it's not the one drop of black blood in these people causing the problems. It's the plantation for Democrat voters that's been created for poor people of all colors and races.
