  1. Meh. People who do bad things are generally in a bad way. Probably something wrong upstairs or something. I don't get into blame or saying "there's no excuse." There's almost always an excuse. That doesn't mean there shouldn't be consequences. Society can't tolerate bad behavior. You don't have to think a person is bad to protect society from them. "We don't hate you. We don't blame you. We just can't have you runnin' around loose."
