  1. They needed to get through the primaries so that the DNC royalty can select Joe's replacement without the anointed replacement being voted on by Democrat voters. Shouldn't be a problem, since Democrat voters will 100% gush about the replacement and un-person anyone who says otherwise.

  2. Biden administration definitely did get 50 (or so?) countries to at least virtue signal about Ukraine and even send a token amount of assistance. But let's be clear: The combined amount of aid from nations other than the USA is very small, and virtually none of it is from the eastern third or southern half of the planet. As soon as Congress turns off the spigot, Ukraine folds.
