  1. I grew up semi-rural. Boys were trained in gun safety early. Standard was your first hunting license was when you were 12. It's the Bar-Mitzvah of the countryside.

  3.  @thecheese4255  Maybe if you were a strong-arm robber, your right to own a firearm might reasonably be forbidden. If you killed somebody drunk driving, maybe you shouldn't be able to get a driver's license the rest of your life. But I'm not sure what a white-collar felony, or dope charges would have to do with the right to keep and bear arms after incarceration.
