  2. Guy told me in the '80s that you could separate water into hydrogen and oxygen with a TINY amount of current, if you hit it with a sound frequency that was harmonic with the bonding frequencies. Made them "loosen up" somehow. Like electrolysis on steroids. Don't know if it's true. I also heard that if we changed the frequency of AC current from 60 Hz or whatever it is, and looked for a harmonic with the Earth, itself, that AC current would flow better. Don't know if it's true.
