  1. These trainings violate the 14th Amendment. Businesses and government institutions pursue this crazy CRT nonsense primarily because Barack Obama MANDATED it. Progressive self-hating, racist Democrats in high administration posts throughout the federal bureaucracy and contracting with the feds were more than happy to implement these trainings, because of their confirmation bias, white guilt, and feminist ideology. It's all Marxism, but most don't drill that deeply into it or the fact that they hold to essentially Marxist beliefs. It's "fairness." It's "equity." It's "diversity." And yes, these bureaucrats would be much happier if the government (i.e. THEY) run everything. Why does CRT get such traction? It's stuff that bureaucrats already believe about themselves and others. In their hearts, they want the government to run everything because they despise themselves and they despise the average American even more. Indoctrinating us and dividing us along racial lines expands and solidifies the bureaucrats' control. They LOVE IT. It also gives them something to hide behind if they want to get rid of anyone they deem problematic or bring in any of their cronies they wish. It's a big cover for corruption. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity is another big slush fund they have to play with. Another whole layer of bureaucracy. It's a JOBS ISSUE for bureaucrats, in other words.
