  1.  @garyholbrook9951  : Similar to my take on not charging Comey over the memo and leaking. First of all, if there's no indictment, there's no double jeopardy. These charges on both Comey and McCabe could easily be pressed, later, more successfully and with tougher sentences, if the more serious charges that I hope are still pending are proved in court. THEN, it'll be really hard to defend those other actions, against an existing backdrop of criminality. Can't say "I was just following orders" or "I thought we were in a Constitutional crisis!" It goes back at LEAST to FISA, and let's let FISA abuse be resolved before going after these petty charges.
