  1. Big Tech does the bidding of anyone who has the imprimatur of government authority. Recall the stolen election in Massachusetts? A couple officials in Massachusetts called/emailed FaceBook, telling them to censor/de-platform the guy who was suing them. Big corporations have the same clout with Big Tech. But it's not as if Big Tech is forced against its will to do these things. It embraces the censorship and de-platforming of anyone who challenges Democrat Orthodoxy.

  2. Communications Decency Act, itself, is an infringement on free speech. Forget about Section 230. The whole thing is beyond the federal government's remit.

  3. Even if they lose, they will slow-walk everything in the bureaucracy and yes, key evidence will "accidentally" be lost. Maybe some flunky will fall on his sword, and get a slap on the wrist.
