  3. These big cities spend enough per homeless person to put them up in full-service hotels. But the only thing produced by all these Democrat "homeless" programs is more full-time bureaucrats, more slush funds, and more homeless people. It's criminal what these blue cities are doing. BILLIONS being spent and they're solving NOTHING. Just like education in these blue citiies. $20,000/yr per pupil. Less than nothing to show for it, other than a lot of government workers getting paid.
