Mueller's correcting the people who said "exonerated on collusion and obstruction." Mueller made a no-call on obstruction. Barr basically followed what the report said. It was up to him to pursue obstruction or not. I think he's more interested in corruption of the FISA process. Maybe they'll pursue obstruction, later, but now that Trump's no longer under investigation for collusion, he is free to go after the FISA abuses that likely took place. If they get indictments and convictions on THAT, it'd be political suicide to go after Trump for obstruction.
