  1. Not a big fan of the presidential immunity decision. Since before British Common Law, the custom has been that the king (president/prime minister) must be foremost respecter of the law, or the law has no legitimacy. No special immunity for official acts. All acts must comport with the law or the law-breaker should be subject to prosecution. Yes, the Jack Smith appointment was irregular. If you're in office, and the law violates your moral convictions, you should follow your moral convictions and then submit to the law, not hide from the law behind immunity. ---- Nobody trusts the Biden DOJ to investigate anything.
