  1. No. He needs this to play out in the courts. Sidney Powell needs to take it to the Supreme Court, if necessary. Trump shouldn't use the power of the pardon, unless he absolutely has to. Notice that with Roger Stone he didn't give a full pardon. He commuted his sentence. That's a different thing. Stone is no angel, even though they could go after a couple thousand swamp rats in DC for the exact same charges, and singled him out, because of his association with Trump. Flynn made two mistakes: 1. He had a son in legal trouble that the DOJ could threaten him with and 2. He hired a legal team that did NOT discharge their duties to their client, properly. They should be, and probably WILL be, sued to high heaven after this is all resolved.

  6. @GA477 : I don't believe he is. I'm pretty sure he never set foot in prison, and that he's been making some appearances since DOJ dropped the case. I could be wrong.
