  1. I'm pretty radical on this. I think vices should be legalized, regulated, and taxed, for the most part (narcotics, prostitution, and gambling). I think tax revenues should go directly to rehabbing addicts and prostitutes. I think taxes on liquor should also go to rehabbing addicts (alcoholics).
