  1. If you're foreigh-born, you need to EARN the rights of citizenship, which means you know the U.S. Constitution and agree to abide by the law. Coming here, illegally, is not abiding by the law. It's a chronic crime that doesn't stop until you EARN your citizenship. We have (had) a pretty good thing, here, and newbies need to know our principles, respect the rights of others, and take responsibility.
