  2. I remember the time the dope growers thought a rural operation was a good idea. Hell naw. People from miles around are your "neighbors" and they're always curious about strange newcomers. We always set our crime movies in the big city, but out in the country, folks figure out what happened right quick.

  4. Montana led KC to the AFCCG. But it wasn't pretty. He took more hard hits trying to will their offense down the field in one or two seasons than he probably took in any 5 or 6 seasons in San Francisco. He went to a team with worse pass protection and receiving talent. I wish KC had just kept Steve Deberg, and drafted an OT and a WR. Joe was still Joe, but that team wasn't built to take care of Joe. It was great to see the Chiefs stomp the '9ers with Joe, but SF went on to earn rings and KC didn't earn another until last month.

  5. I'm sick of fake victimhood, but these are REAL victims, and they get very little help from society. And the perpetrators get a slap on the damn wrist, assuming the powers that be even prosecute them.

  6. I personally feel that public schools are obsolete. Even the best teacher is reaching at best 20-30 percent of the class. The rest are distracted, behind or ahead. Learning is individual, but our teaching institutions are geared towards getting everybody through the same exact material at exactly the same pace at exactly the same time. It's ridiculous. I would never send my kids to one of these monuments to mediocrity.
