  1. I personally feel that public schools are obsolete. Even the best teacher is reaching at best 20-30 percent of the class. The rest are distracted, behind or ahead. Learning is individual, but our teaching institutions are geared towards getting everybody through the same exact material at exactly the same pace at exactly the same time. It's ridiculous. I would never send my kids to one of these monuments to mediocrity.
