  2. Israel has a rationale for everything they do. Don't forget that Tel-Aviv was being bombarded from the Golan Heights for a long time. Eventually, they took the Golan Heights. I don't blame Israel for its actions. They do what they do in order to survive, in an essentially untenable position. Without external intervention, Israel wouldn't have been created. Without external intervention, Israel cannot survive. Israel is the wonderful next-door-neighbor who obtained the property by murdering the former tenant. Everyone on the block knows that's what they did. Everyone on the block is hostile. Everyone on the block messes with that one neighbor. That one neighbor does everything it can to live peacefully, but it can't, because the neighbors will never forget and never forgive.

  11. If Trump was on the right side of history, he'd've banned CRT in all federal agencies and pardoned Julian Assange in January, 2017. Comey should've been fired Trump's 1st day in office, and he would've made MUCH better appointments than Pompeo, Bolton, and Jeff Sessions. I had high hopes for him, until I saw some of the guys he appointed. Either a Swamp Creature, or just totally out of his depth.

  14. Russia's been under siege from Islam since forever. Much as they wanted the Eastern Bloc as a buffer against invasion from the West. Russians/Soviets were always good chess players. And they've always thought a lot more defensively, first and foremost. Russia's a threat, the same as the U.S. is a threat, as an oversized nation-state, that's big enough to bully others. We don't just impose sanctions on Russia. We implore and arm-twist our allies into backing us (or even instigating for us) in questionable military operations abroad. Things have gotten bad enough in Canada, that real separatist movements are rising. Eastern Canada takes revenues out of the West, and they steamroll them on taxation from remote cities, far from Alberta. In a way, this might be better. Canada's not welded that tightly. I think it'd be kind of cool to see nation-states become irrelevant to a distributed network that manages itself on the micro level, naturally. That's what you want. And good folks will operate that way in the proper setting.

  35. It wasn't due to Russian Collusion, but Comey's "October surprise" was the decisive blow to her campaign. I saw a lot of erstwhile-hard-core Hillary supporters recoil in disgust. "She really IS a crook!" It wasn't a conspiracy. Just weaselly Comey covering his ass, trying to play both sides by basically saying Hillary was a crook (or incompetent) and at the same time declining to refer the "matter" for prosecution. He had to get out in front of new facts in public view (Weiner's laptop) to save his own crooked ass. He couldn't not make that statement and preserve his holier-than-thou pose. I think Trump was very careful to not explicitly tie aid to investigating Biden, but at the same time, he had a legitimate reason for wanting to get to the bottom of RussiaGate smears, and asking for cooperation on such matters is totally what presidents do. Just because Biden appears to be in it up to his ears is no reason to end all attempts to fight corruption and figure out what went on with the smear campaign that passed Obama administration's muster as "legitimate intelligence" and grounds for a FISA warrant..

  46. Trump verbally bashes anything that he thinks is blocking his agenda. Whether it be 4-D chess or simple accident, his rhetorical support of the neocon and Zionist world view was both essential to his re-election AND a catalyst for unity across party lines AGAINST the neocon and Zionist world view. His way of supporting both projects rubs his grassroots supporters the wrong way, and of course, the TDS sufferers just knee-jerk oppose him on everything, which is having the effect of creating a 70-30 majority against forever war. We'll see how it plays out. The Lyndon LaRouche contingent (See "Promethean Updates") thinks Trump's playing 4-D Chess against globalism, the WEF, and the London bankers (British Empire: Divide and Conquer).

  47. When I say "how it plays out," we are on the cusp of a decision between uni-polar and multi-polar world views. There are economic and political forces at play that I believe are undermining the globalist project faster than it can undermine national sovereignty. The 20th Century was the wet dream of top-down authoritarianism. I think authoritarianism in the West is reaching its peak, and may already be on the down-slope in the USA. It's about to reach its limits in Europe, as tolerance for unlimited immigration is evaporating. The Euros don't have the same protections of free speech as the USA. For a time, it didn't matter, because of the back-door methods of curating the public square were done without the American public realizing how propagandized it was. But whenever these clear violations of the 1st Amendment come to light, the powers-that-be are obliged to back down. In Europe, however, thousands are being arrested and imprisoned for "hate speech" and "hate speech" means disagreeing with anything the power elites are pushing. COVID and BLM showed just how bad it could get in the USA, and those huge propaganda victories are blowing back in a big way. I think similar blowback is brewing in Europe and UK, but it takes longer, because again, they don't have a 1st Amendment. "Free speech" is/was a cultural norm for generations, but it was always something that could be infringed whenever the elites decided.

  50. Biggest disappointment is Trump's failing to repudiate the Ukraine project. Trying to be world hegemon is destructive to the world and to the nation. To MY eye, it looks like the USA got sucked into fighting Europe's wars of empire as far back as 1918. We never needed Europe. Russia never needed Europe. Hopefully, the rest of the world figures that out and just lets Europe stew in its own juices. But I see Trump as just a pause in Foggy Bottom's vanity project, at best.
