  4. The more deadly variants kill off their hosts too soon. They need people to be up and around spreading the virus. So the less virulent kinds basically squeeze out the more virulent kinds. That's not exactly what you're talking about as far as contagion goes, but a super-duper contagious and super-duper virulent strain will tend to defeat itself by killing off its hosts.

  7.  @darlenemotley5508  Yes. They're "blessed" by malaria and parasites in the water, so they have plenty of HCQ and Ivermectin on hand. In the USA, they're doing everything possible to discredit HCQ, Ivermectin and anything else whose patent has run out.
