  4. You're using 99.99%. The CNN report used 99.999%. So your mortality rates are an order of magnitude higher than what CNN is saying. Leave the math to somebody else.

  5. So, if vaccinated, your chance of surviving is 99.999% and of dying from COVID variant is therefore 0.0001% and you're 25 times more likely to die of it if you're unvaccinated, according to CNN. That reduces your chance of survival all the way down to 99.975%, and your chance of dying is 0.0025%. Those are risks people take every day, without a 2nd thought. It's probably more dangerous commuting to work each day.
