@scrapcash2421 That old case was over smallpox vaccine. It had been around for decades, by then and well-tested. Also, smallpox was a lot deadlier than COVID. SCOTUS went political, which it generally does. It no longer serves its function, afaic.

@mneville2337 You can't compare polio and smallpox vaccines with the experimental jab, which operates on entirely different mechanisms and whose own inventor says is more dangerous in the long run than the COVID-19, itself. But you're apparently a Democrat, so you're not very big on long-term consequences or critical thinking. Resisting this jab that's being pushed by the same crowd who funded the research that gave us COVID-19 and has suppressed any and all treatments EXCEPT the jab that just so happens to enrich the people funding 60% of FDA operations is not wack-a-doodle. It's rational and critical thinking. COVID-19 is NOT the apocalypse, but it's being used as an excuse to bring one! Supply chain broken, people thrown out of work, people being harmed by experimental jab against ALL PROTOCOLS DEVELOPED OVER A CENTURY OF PUBLIC-HEALTH POLICY AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE.
