  2. China's wind energy isn't China's advantage. As we speak, China's building more coal-generated electricity plants. China's biggest advantage is they're not insane. China's biggest disadvantage is they're top-down, so educating and training its population to compete with the rest of the world is a threat to top-down power structure, due to the inevitable failure of central planning.
