  1.  @bikeradam  If you engage in that behavior and get seriously injured, and you're not insured, they're not going to leave you in the snow. They'll fix you up. Then somebody needs to pay for it. What's the doctor supposed to do? Provide free medical care until he's broke or go into debt to pay for other people's injuries?
