  1. I bet that council member would LOVE to make it a "regional" thing. Anything to suck more resources away from viable communities and throw it at failed communities, who insist on suicidal policies. It's their right to implement whatever policies they wish. But now they're trying to drag everyone else down with them. That's become a Democrat theme the last 10 years or so.
