  2. They should legalize all of it and regulate and license, like they do with alcohol, which is still the world leader in addiction. If you legalize it and sell it for cheaper than black market, the druggies will go to the dispensary. I'd rather the fools were supervised when they nod off. Main thing is not tolerating anybody nodding off in the street. You just bought yourself 30 days in custody for forced de-tox. Next time, 60 days. If you can use and function, more power to you. If you just want some as an anesthetic, that's your business. Until you hurt somebody. Then, no excuses.
