  1. Are you even sure all the weapons made it to Ukraine? I'm not. A crate can "fall off a truck" almost anywhere. They're not even trying to account for where everything's going on the USA end. Once it goes out the door at the armory, nobody seems to have any idea. If the CIA or any other rogue agency wants a crate to play with, they'll almost certainly get it. I think our security state is out there playing cowboys and Indians.
