  4. Republican passivity and incompetence in dealing with the corruption can't be by accident. I think most of the Republican Party "royalty" are hand in hand with the Democrats. Too many fumbles at the goal line. Too many punts with time running out on the clock. Trey Gowdy, up there getting daily sound bites to secure his next gig out of Congress (now works for FOX), didn't accomplish ANYTHING. He let the FBI run rings around him.
