  1. Bill's not arguing against big government. He's trying to place all the blame on woke, when woke is just a consequence of the big-government sacred cow Bill will never let go of. He wants the free health care AND he wants it to be efficient, but that's not how things work outside of a free market, run by moral, responsible individuals. In a free-market system, virtue is rewarded and incompetence is punished. In a government-run system, it's always somebody else's money, so the decision-makers don't care if they're getting good prices or higher quality. Free market addresses both, simultaneously.
