And they pass on the political stuff in "mandatory Title IX trainings," most of which involve introducing all employees to political correctness, which REQUIRES annual updates, because the ideology changes every year. Basically "political fashion trainings."

If you stay calm and stand your ground, you're an unfeeling brute, and your self-control in a stressful situation works against you. Lefties (the statist sort) are masters of the control drama. TRUE lefties are limited-government libertarians who love the U.S. Constitution. Latter-day leftists seek to drag us back into aristocratic forms, with bureaucrats playing the role of the nobility.
