Seeing protesters in Portland take over the streets (until very recently, when Wheeler had the feds breathing down his neck) and blocking traffic, I thought "What arrogance! People need to get to work, and you're deliberately doing them harm. That's no way to win support for your knuckleheaded cause."

The majority is stupid, BUT if you take the average of all guesses in "How many jellybeans in the jar?" and you get very close to the actual number of jellybeans in the jar. We don't know what's right, but we can generally agree on what's really bad.
