Trump's the presumptive Republican nominee. DeSantis won't run if Trump runs. Bad news for the opposition to Democrats is that Trump is damaged goods. Even people who liked Trump's overall policy positions are skeptical about Trump's ability to drain the swamp. Some of us are skeptical about Trump even being serious about draining the swamp, when we see some of his appointments, and times he bowed to the establishment.
