  4. Roe-v-Wade wasn't a statement supporting the rights of women. It was a decision based on 1960s science as to the point at which a fetus was considered a human being, essentially on the viability of the fetus outside the womb. If it's not a person, it's just tissue being removed from a citizen's body. If it's a human, it's murder. Science has changed a lot since then.
