  2. He won't. He probably shouldn't. For good or bad reasons, there are a lot of innocent people living there who've been there for generations. Whether we think how they got there was right or wrong, I'm always looking for solutions that cause the least harm.

  4. USA has a huge impact on what happens in Ukraine. We're the main instigators behind annexation of Crimea and the subsequent Russian SMO. But I get what you're saying. There's not the will nor the economic might to beat Russia on her doorstep.
