  1. Regulations drive up the overhead on large organizations, and crush Mom & Pop. WalMart can hire a drone to run around, uselessly spraying sanitizer on everything during COVID. Mom & Pop have to shut down, because adding a drone to do nothing (in essence) will destroy their bottom line. So, they can't comply. Big businesses can hire as many "compliance officers" as they need to. This is why they like regulations. This is why taxi cab companies hate Uber and Lyft. This is why Hotels hate Air BnB.
